Also, I would like to mention that there was a great response to the survey I posted on interest in specific or customized meditations. Most of you said you would love to have that and were curious how to obtain such a thing.

You may send an email to me with your request. Tell me a little about yourself and what you specifically would like to achieve through meditation. Remember that with calming of the mind and connection to the true inner self, we can achieve greatness.
I was reading this weekend and I came across the following statement. "Most people live lives of quiet desperation". This left me thinking....... if this is true (and I have no doubt that it is) Why LIVE this way? It is inevitable that such times may arise. But to LIVE in desperation? That is not living. That is existing.
We can choose to give into to desperation and remain part of the problem. Or, we can choose to LIVE and create solutions to the problems, healing our desperation.
Try meditation - End desperation.
